Stanley A. Motta is a Partner at MKH Capital Partners and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Mr. Motta is a Latin American business leader, investor and philanthropist. He built and oversees a broad portfolio of companies that successfully compete throughout Latin America. With his family, he is a lead investor in Copa Airlines’ parent company (NYSE: CPA); AES Colón, an LNG joint venture with AES Corp; Banco General; ASSA Compañía de Seguros; Motta Internacional; as well as other companies in the real estate, retail, telecom, media, technology, transportation and other industries. Mr. Motta is Chairman of the Board of Inversiones Bahía (the Motta family office), Copa Holdings, Grupo ASSA, TVN Media and SumaRSE, Panama’s local network promoting corporate social responsibility and the UN Global Compact. He also serves on the boards of various portfolio companies.
Mr. Motta has long been actively engaged with leading organizations promoting economic, social and educational development, including the Inter-American Development Bank, America’s Business Dialogue, the Inter-American Dialogue, The Conference Board and the Central American Leadership Initiative (CALI), among others. He also sits in the advisory boards of IESE, EGADE and INCAE business schools. Mr. Motta’s work and service have been recognized internationally and in Panama by organizations including Americas Society and the Wilson Center.
Mr. Motta leads the significant charitable endeavors his family carries out through Fundación Alberto Motta. Its projects focus on education, culture, health, the environment and adequate housing. They include the Centros Supérate, a transformative after-school program for high-performing students in at-risk neighborhoods; and the Museo de la Mola (MuMo), a museum that pays tribute to a unique form of handmade textiles from Panama’s Guna indigenous women.
Mr. Motta graduated from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1967.

Mike Kazma is a Partner at MKH Capital Partners and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Mike is the President and CEO of Amzak Capital Management, the Kazma family investment vehicle. At Amzak, he oversees all direct, real estate, and fixed income investments. Mike started his career as an entrepreneur in the cable and telecommunications industries and, after leading the sale of his family’s business, diversified into a vast array of industries and investments. Mike has invested in successful businesses including, Amnet Telecommunications, Tricom, Core Power Yoga, Altice Dominican Republic, Networking Management Services, BTS Towers, KPAQ Industries, among others.
Mike is actively involved in the Kazma Family Foundation. Since 1997, the foundation has granted over 1,000 scholarships to college and high school students and funded the construction of various schools and classrooms in the United States and Central America. Mike also enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs like himself and mentoring management teams.
Mike holds an undergraduate degree from Bradley University.

Miguel Heras is a Founder and Managing Partner at MKH Capital Partners and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
For over 20 years, Miguel served as Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of Inversiones Bahía. Based in Panama, Bahía is the largest investment group in Central America, with a primary focus on financial institutions, infrastructure, energy, real estate and the communications sectors. Miguel was the principal architect of Bahía’s investment platform, and responsible for the implementation of high-impact growth strategies in many of its portfolio companies. Miguel has invested over $1 billion in a diverse portfolio of companies, spanning over 20 investments and 15 successful exits.
Miguel is the Chairman of the Board of Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex) (NYSE: BLX), where he also chairs the Risk Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Clean Streak Ventures, Cable Onda, Gas Natural Atlántico, Sistemas de Generación and Televisora Nacional. Miguel has previously served on numerous boards of fund/investment vehicle portfolio companies as well as in the public sector, including Tricom, Amnet Telecommunications, Cable & Wireless Panamá, Banco Continental de Panamá and the Panama Stock Exchange.
Miguel was Minister of the Treasury of the Republic of Panama and President of the Council on Foreign Trade from 1996 to 1998, where he led the country’s privatization efforts and trade initiatives. He also served as Vice Minister of the Treasury from 1994 to 1996.
Miguel is involved in many philanthropic initiatives, especially Panama’s Food Bank Foundation. He is also a member of the Wharton School Executive Board for Latin America.
Miguel holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Political Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Annette Rodriguez is a Founder and Managing Partner at MKH Capital Partners and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. She currently serves on the Board of Clean Streak Ventures.
Prior to joining MKH, Annette was a founding Partner at Navab Capital Partners and a member of NCP’s Investment, Management and ESG Committees. From 2008 to 2019 Annette was at Warburg Pincus, most recently as a Managing Director. While at Warburg, Annette invested in and managed portfolio companies across consumer, retail, healthcare, industrials and business services. Annette worked closely with and served on the Boards of Gabe’s, a leading off-price retailer in the mid-Atlantic; Glansaol, a global beauty and personal care company launched in partnership with Warburg; Outset Medical, a pioneering medical technology company; Silk Road Medical, an innovative medical equipment manufacturer; TriMark, the #1 distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies in North America; and Wencor Group, a leading designer, repair provider and distributor of aftermarket aerospace components. She was also actively involved in the Warburg’s investments in Scotsman Industries, Neiman Marcus and Consolidated Precision Products. Prior to joining Warburg, Annette worked as a Generalist at J.P. Morgan Partners (CCMP Capital), the private equity arm of J.P. Morgan Chase.
Annette holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Annette currently serves on the Harvard Business School Alumni Board and the board of New York Professional Advisors for Community Entrepreneurs (NYPACE), a non-profit consulting organization assisting entrepreneurs from under-resourced communities to support job creation in New York.

Andres Bethencourt is a Director at MKH Capital Partners with 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions for the firm’s portfolio. Andres currently serves on the Boards of Clean Streak Ventures, AOC Metal Works and BTS Towers.
Prior to joining MKH, Andres worked as a Vice President in the Private Equity division at Amzak Capital Management in Boca Raton, where he worked on several consumer, telecom and industrial transactions. He began his career at William Blair in Chicago as an Investment Banking Analyst, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and equity offerings.
Andres holds a B.S. in Finance from New York University. He proudly created a scholarship at his alma mater, La Salle High School in Miami, to fund college expenses for students interested in business and finance.

Christopher Woodburn is a Vice President at MKH Capital Partners with over 5 years of experience in private equity. Christopher assists MKH’s portfolio companies with the implementation and execution of their value creation strategies. He is also responsible for leading the due diligence process for new acquisitions. Christopher currently serves on the Board of Clean Streak Ventures.
Prior to joining MKH, Christopher worked as a Vice President in the Private Equity division at Amzak Capital Management in Boca Raton. Before joining Amzak, Christopher served as a Global Finance Senior Analyst for Restaurant Brands International, formerly Burger King Corporation, in Miami.
Christopher graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College.

Enrique Saez is a Vice President at MKH Capital Partners with 15 years of experience in private equity. He is responsible for deal evaluation and execution.
Prior to joining MKH, Enrique worked as an Executive Vice President in the Private Equity division at Inversiones Bahía in Panama. Before joining Bahía in 2005, Enrique was the Founder and President of OTC Laboratories, a certified water pre-treatment facility employing the latest technologies in water treatment. Prior, he served as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Miami, after beginning his career at Bank of America Securities in Miami as a Corporate Credit Analyst.
Enrique holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Victoria Arango is an Associate at MKH Capital Partners. Her responsibilities primarily include financial modeling and due diligence for investment opportunities, as well as supporting deal processes to close acquisitions. Victoria also performs market research and follows industry developments for sourcing deals, and assists with the financial monitoring of portfolio companies. Since joining MKH, Victoria has participated in several acquisitions for Clean Streak Ventures, the firm’s express car wash platform.
Prior to joining MKH, Victoria worked as a Private Equity Associate at Inversiones Bahía in Panama, the largest investment group in Central America, where she participated in several transactions across the financial, communications and education sectors. Before moving into private equity, Victoria served as a Business Development Associate with Motta Internacional in Panama.
Victoria holds a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Global and International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Tulane University. As a philanthropic initiative to promote arts and culture in Panama, Victoria conceptualized and put into operation the Museo de la Mola, a museum for the exaltation of an indigenous handmade textile.

Dan Moore is an Associate at MKH Capital Partners. He is responsible for supporting senior team members with due diligence and deal processes to close acquisitions. Dan also assists with the financial monitoring of portfolio companies. Since joining MKH, Dan has participated in several acquisitions for Clean Streak Ventures, the firm’s express car wash platform.
Prior to joining MKH, Dan worked as an Analyst in the Mid-Corporate Banking division at Citibank in Chicago, where he covered an industry-agnostic portfolio with over $1 billion in credit exposure.

Myles is an Associate at MKH Capital Partners. He is responsible for supporting senior team members identify and evaluate new investment opportunities. Myles also assists with the due diligence process for new acquisitions.
Prior to joining MKH, Myles worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Cross Keys Capital in Fort Lauderdale, where he was primarily responsible for the analysis and evaluation of mergers and acquisitions and general advisory transactions.
Myles holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.

Marianne Romero is MKH Capital Partners’ in-house Counsel. She is responsible for the legal matters of MKH’s active investments.
Prior to joining MKH, Marianne served as in-house Counsel for Inversiones Bahía in Panama, where she led or participated in several financial, telecom and energy transactions. Her practice focused on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, energy regulations and corporate law. Prior to joining Bahía, Marianne worked as an Associate for Arias, Fábrega and Fábrega, a law firm in Panama.
Marianne holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panama and an L.L.M. in International Financial Law from King’s College in London.

Cassandra Daoust is a Business Development Coordinator at MKH Capital Partners. She is responsible for planning and executing outreach campaigns and assisting with new marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining MKH, Cassandra worked as a Business Development and Marketing Associate at Elite Dental Partners in Chicago, where she helped convert prospects into qualified and actionable leads and clients. Before establishing a career in Business Development, Cassandra served as an Account Executive at Yelp.
Cassandra holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University.
